Meet Troy Francis

Hello Kings, my name is Troy Francis and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner(FNP) with over 12 years experience in healthcare and the proud founder of Hotline Health! I am very knowledgeable about men’s health which includes urgent care issues, primary care visits, and promotion of wellness. I am born and raised in Brooklyn, New York then transitioned to Huntsville, Alabama for undergraduate nursing school. The next step was to start my career as a RN in Orlando, Florida where I eventually completed by Masters to become a FNP. The next transition led me to explore the west coast and I am happy to be here in Arizona since 2017. When you are a natural adventure, adrenaline guy that loves to travel, AZ was the perfect fit besides illegal heat temperatures that happen in the summer. I like to say that my background incorporates my NYC hustle, mixed with southern charm, with a splash of AZ heat & flavor!!! My WHY for starting my own company is first off I know that God created us all to be entrepreneurs in some way as we come from a royal priesthood. Second healthcare has changed and I hear many complaints to name of few like long 2hr waits at clinics for simple issues to provider not spending enough time with me to address my concerns. Everyone deserves equal access to quality care in a personalized way in a timely manner and that is my Mission!
